  • One of our photographers will touch base with you and confirm the details of your shoot. They are also able to make amendments to your appointment as per your request to ensure you are fully comfortable with the when and where. You will also be given an idea of the things you’ll want to bring along.

  • Absolutely. We encourage you to bring at least 2 alternative tops. Your bottoms and shoes are less important.

  • Just you and your scheduled photographer. Some customers choose to bring a friend along for fun, and that’s completely fine.

  • In some circumstances the shoot can continue but if it’s unrelenting and we are not able to obtain great photos we can rearrange the appointment at no extra cost.

  • Once you have booked your photographer will be in touch to arrange a meeting point. From there we can walk you to the four or five locations we have selected to best bring out the features in a portrait photograph.

  • Your shoot will last 45min-1hr approx.

  • These will be uploaded and stored online in hi-res jpeg format. You then need to retrieve these files within 7 days of your shoot.

  • After submitting the form you will be sent an invoice based on the services you have chosen. You can pay this using most major credit cards or apple pay.

  • Yes. Give us at least 24hrs notice and we can refund you or find you a new appointment.

  • We won’t be able to provide you with additional clothing for your shoot.

  • Yes. These are offered with our Standard Plus package.

  • You need to be aged between 18-70
